This was good, but everyone around me thought it was great. My dad especially raved about it. I put the cheese in between two slices of ham so that it wouldn't melt into the sauce. But I didn’t want to use thinly sliced deli ham because it’s too salty and doesn’t have the same great taste, so I used good quality thickly sliced ham. But instead of using two thickly sliced pieces of ham in between cheese which would be too "hammy", I used one good quality piece of ham and added a thin sliced piece of deli ham on top of it and that was enough to hold the cheese in. It came out great and it didn’t affect the taste at all. And since most of the cheese is held in the chicken, I melted one more slice of cheese into the sauce mixture. Also, I didn’t have white wine so I highly suggest using half white wine vinegar and half water. Can’t taste the difference. Delicious.
