Best Yet Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
This chili was sooooo yummy!!!! I took other peoples advice and omitted the cinnamon. I didn't have green pepper but had tri color sweet pepper that I used instead. I also added a tbs of minced garlic to the turkey and pepper when browning. I added a can of chick peas, half a can of diced green chilis---and also upped the cumin and chili pepper....I just added generously. I also added garlic salt to my liking. I will use this over and over again!!! My husband and 4 yr old also loved it! Thanks Rachel!

Baked Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
So, so good!!!! 2 things I did differently- at the end, I melted more butter and mixed it again the way it said with the garlic and pepper etc so that I could drizzle it on the chicken breast after bread crumbs are over it. The second thing I did was broil it for the last 10 mins, which made it have a little crunch to it! This chicken is so delicious!!!!! I will use it again!!!

This was really good and super easy!!! I used yellow pepper instead of green just b/c I didn't have green. Added some garlic salt to it as well. Other than that, it turned out great and my husband, Dad and 4 yr old loved it!!! As did I. I served it over mashed potatoes.

Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
It was a hit with my family! I made several changes just b/c I had to improvise with what I had. I didn't have dry milk so used 1/2 milk instead of water, used spaghetti instead of egg noodles, used can of diced tomoatoes instead of spag sauce and added kidney beans to it! I used more cheese b/c we are a cheese kind of family....I also added oregeno to the turkey instead of parsley....Also added garlic salt...This recipe was VERY YUMMY!!!!! and, super easy!!!

Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
This recipe was really yummy-but once it isn't fresh anymore-it doesn't taste as good! A note- i only put foil over the plate of cookies for a couple days so that could have been why too. Will use again, especially for big parties where I know I wont have any leftovers.

My husband is a big eater- and he loved it! He doesn't like peas so that is why I used this recipe-the only tweak I did was used ritz crackers mixed w/ melted butter for the topping of the casserole and added lots more cheese!! I will use this recipe FOREVER!!!
