Corn and Cheddar Chowder

Didn't have any parsley, chives, sage, or white wine. Still tasted amazing. I'll use this recipe again. Easy and yummy!

This recipe is slightly wrong. The topping should be freshly whipped cream. I always add fruit such as peaches, strawberries, or pineapple inside the cake and a few on top. When making it for kids I use marschino cherries.

Just wanted to add that these should be heated at a low temp, 250, for about 30 to 45 minutes. Keep checking until cheese is melted.

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

Tasted okay, but the muffins stick and now we can't get them out. We took a few out while they were hot and they just fell apart. Left the others to cool and now we are trying to get them out, but just the tops come out. You have to use paper liners if you do this recipe.
