Creamy Eggnog Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
The flavour is great! However, I found when I followed the recipe instructions exactly, like others have said, the fudge did not set properly. I made a second round, heated the mixture to 140, then mixed everything with an electric beater. It turned out much better. Not the store bought fudge texture, but stayed solid at room temperature.

Soooo delicious. Very refreshing, light and summery tasting. Substituted peaches for mangos.

Cara's Moroccan Stew

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
Absolutely fantastic! It can be a bit time consuming due to lots of chopping but it is definitely worth it. This recipe makes lots (and you will love the left overs), tastes great with shredded chicken added to it as well.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Loooove this salad. Only change was omitting the celery because we're not huge fans.

Steff's Shepherd Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
Fantastic! I never made sheperd's pie before, this recipe tastes great with the traditional gound lamb as well. My only change was spicing the meat as it browns as per other reviews. For beef, I add a lot of chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. For lamb, I switch the chili powder to dried sage, and rosemary (but still add the pepper, garlic and onion powders).

Zucchini 'Noodles'

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
Great way to avoid carbs, it was surprisingly very much like regular pasta when prepared similarily. I added sauteed mushrooms, some baked chicken (cubed), tomato sauce and topped it with parmasan. Only downside is minor and does not hinder the immediate meal at all, it is very soggy if you have leftovers.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
I was a little apprehensive because I'm not a huge Ranch person, but these are amazing! I sent the link to this recipe to all my friends and family out and told them they had to make it. At home we can't get enough and it immediately became one of our regulars. I did make 4 small changes: I used an indoor grill, reduced the oil by 1/2, used white wine vinegar, omitted the optional sugar. Once again, this recipe is superb!
