This was my very first time cooking turkey, and I gotta say, this was superb, I followed one of the suggestion I found, and I added fresh rosemary to the butter, and rubbed it all over the bird including legs. I had a 24 pound bird and i was scared it wouldn't cook properly. It came out amazing! everybody at thanksgiving was soo impressed, they said that they didn't know turkey could taste that good! :) thank you soooo much for sharing this recipe and making my little friends tummy so happy :) thank you.
