Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

If you follow the recipe exactly, these are way too hot for my liking. A perfect way to ruin a good steak. I guess I should have had a better clue when I saw 2 teaspoons of cayenne! I also didn't try sour cream like the author suggested so if I make them again I will try it like that.

Indonesian Pork Tenderloin

Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Gravy

Pretty good. I think next time I'll only fry for a few minutes to give a crispy outside, then bake. It tasted very fatty.

The sauce was excellent and I don't even really like pineapple!! I take leftovers to work on a bun and use the sauce like mayo. yummy!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

I halved the evap. milk and used dry mustard per the remarks here and was left with a dry mess. I also used kraft parmesean and it ended up very gritty. I give it 3 stars because it might be good if I followed the recipe instead of comments on this webpage.
