If there's one thing that comes to the minds of everyone that knows me is that I love to cook. Just recently went from being able to cook just about everything (except for my food allergies) to having to go gluten free. It wasn't easy at first and trust me, not all gluten free recipes I tried tasted good so that has been my #1 goal, to make food tasty again.

My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at making gluten free bread, I used Bean Flour. Never again will I ever use that. My kitchen smelled like I had just mowed the grass and it lasted for days.
