Fresh Veggie Bagel Sandwich

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2014
I have this all the time- Use bagel thins (toasted), sandwich thins or 'fold its' as well- lower calories and a good crunch. Hummus makes a good addition.

Mojo French Fries

Reviewed: May 12, 2014
I would use less flour and more spices. - they should be fried somehow- either deep fry or skillet. i had to go back and spray with oil to coat all the flour potatoes. I would make it again but probably deep fry.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2013
I doubled the recipe to use a 9x13 pan and increased the baking time to 30 min. I also split the oil to half oil and half melted butter. Came out great- moist and delicious! I added some left over toffee bits to it- they melted and disappeared as it cooked but YUM

Stroganoff Sandwich

Reviewed: May 25, 2013
it wasnt bad. its good comfort food. we did it on hoagie rolls, added the garlic powder and some Au jus mix-and mushrooms. it came out pretty good. I will definitely make again. I would put American cheese on it next time. Possibly provolone

This is almost identical to a recipe I have. mine also adds in some crab meat (about a cup or so). A friend from New Orleans originally made it for me- and I was HOOKED! this stuff is great!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
I made this for a gathering and everyone RAVED about it, even months later, they talk about "that really good moist turkey" I made. I put the turkey in an oven bag as well, and actually, I had late guests, so we turned it down to 200 for an extra 40 min in the bag over the cooking time. it didnt dry out. it was "fall off the bone' tender and juicy.

like everyone says- once I started making these, I skip buying the mixes at the store. these are the best pancakes. they are also terrific you throw in a cup of fruit- blueberrys, etc.

Lemon Dijon Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
Terrific! I didnt use this with wings, but chopped up a pound of chicken and used it for kabob's. very good marinate. I marinated for about 3 hours or so. the day I cooked, I thought maybe the salt and pepper should be scaled back a little bit. the next day, as leftovers, it was perfect. I have already had requests for the recipe. I used some dijon mustard I had, and regular black pepper. definitely I will have this again!
