This is my "go to" for potlucks or big parties. Easy, quick, cheap. I serve over rigatoni and usually double the recipe and use 2 lbs of pasta. I use my immersion blender to make the sauce smooth and creamy. I also add parm after blending. Once I added mushrooms after blending the sauce and it added a nice texture and flavor, but the original recipe is fantastic too. Always a big hit, served with caser salad and garlic bread. YUM!
