Taco Salad I
Just created this to take to an Easter pot luck today! I had a little too much for the big bowl, so I through some together for the hubs and he is devouring it now. He loves it... I waited to add the meat/beans mixture until making his plate, then added salsa and sour cream to it once it was on the plate. He loved it!

Kielbasa and Cabbage II
Good recipe! I didn't change it at all - just changed the S&P amounts - but I usually "eyeball" these things - Take Note of your Cajun Seasoning (Slap Yo mama or Tony C's) if it already has salt in it - you don't need to add any add'l salt at all - You could add potatoes and or a small chopped sour apple - Thanks for sharing!

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole
I created this using Progresso Light Creamy Potato Bacon Soup and I added a little extra water - I feel like the light soup kept this dish on the lighter size although we're talking pork chops here ;o) LOL - I also used Slap Your MaMa Cajun seasoning spice on the chops and over the cabbage Mixture - well - because we like a kick! Great recipe!
