I substituted applesauce, added cinnamon and vanilla, and walnuts. Tastes great and is healthy!

Spinach Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
Delicious! As others have stated, use less herb mixture (maybe 3/4 or 1/2 oz instead). Otherwise, very easy and fast

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
I have made this several times to use up a head of cauliflower or as a side dish. It couldn't be easier or faster! The only downside (and for me it's a big one) is that the dish is HORRIBLE to scrub afterward. Next time I'll try lining with foil first.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Delicious! I was really hesitant as I was making it, but the final product was a lot better than I expected. I also added a can of mixed vegetables and extra corn. Unfortunately, the soup did not freeze well for me.

Magic Cookie Bars II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Yum! WARNING: Addicting! I made this with a quick oat bottom instead of graham crackers. I was able to stretch the dish to two different dinner parties on following nights, so it kept well. Hard to stay out of, though!

Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
My biscuits burnt to the bottom of the pan while the tops were still soggy. We ended up throwing away the entire batch.

Broccoli Ham Ring

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
I served this with a homemade soup for a dinner party. The crescent rolls were soft and flaky. The broccoli was still pretty crunchy which made it a little more difficult to eat. Maybe next time I'll steam the broccoli first... I have also made the taco variation with both beef and chicken. The boys loved it!

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Very good and super easy to make with ingredients already on hand. Our group decided that next time we'll add diced onion, diced celery, mushrooms, and cashews for more crunch. I also added a can of mixed vegetables to make it a little more healthy :)

Could have added more chicken... otherwise it was great!

Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Delicious! Easy to make with veggies on hand. I cut the oil and used spray Pam which worked great. I also used a cup of chicken broth instead of the bouillon. My friends all loved the chicken!
