As is, this recipe is good. I plan to make it again with a few tweaks. I think it needed less spice, slightly more sweet and a little more depth of flavor in the sauce. This would be my suggestion; start by sauteing red and yellow peppers with a little garlic in the hot pan. When 3/4 done, remove from pan and set aside. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper. Saute in hot pan until lightly browned. Reduce hot sauce by half, add some pineapple juice and add some orange zest to the sauce. I look forward to seeing how this would turn out with some enhancements.
