So yummy! Better than Costco or a bakery! My only complaint is that the recipe makes way too much crumble topping. I would cut it in half next time. I coated the tops of the muffins generously with it and still had a ton left over. Other than that, very good!!

Best Chicken Salad Ever II

I thought it was pretty good. I added celery which was good. To make it even more healthy I put in on a spinach tortilla along with shredded lettuce and rolled it into a wrap.

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

Wonderful!! And so easy!! I've never made caramel corn before it and it turned out prefect. 2 3oz bags of popcorn is just a little bit more than 4 quarts. Remember to remove unpopped kernals so you don't have to worry about them while you are enjoying it! Everyone at my party loved it and ate it all up. Even my husband who doesn't like caramel corn loved it! An idea to kick it up a notch-add chocolate covered almonds!
