Cinnamon Bread I

This is the first bread i've ever made from scratch and it turned out delicious! I followed the advice of other reviews and doubled the amount of topping, and then put half in the middle. I will definitely make this again!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I couldn't taste the lime, but the chicken was very juicy and moist. I also made some fresh guacamole to top off the tacos. Very tasty.

Frogmore Stew

This is very tasty! my potatoes didnt cook all the way through, so I had to put them back in the pot for an additional 30 min. Next time, i think im going to omit the sausage just to cut out some of the sodium content. I will definitely make this again!

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

I just made this for dinner for my boyfriend and I. I used a pound of chicken breasts and cut them up into 1-2 inch strips. I also used a mixture of 1/3 cup of buffalo sauce and a teaspoon of chipotle sauce instead of the hot pepper sauce for the marinade. I used white corn meal instead of yellow, but i don't think that made much of a difference. Oh! and i also added a teaspoon of Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Seasoning to the coating mixture. I only marinated the chicken for about 2 hours, but the buffalo sauce mixture really added a nice kick! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
