Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
These are so easy and so delicious, perfect for serving to guests. I'm no expert on crepes, only having eaten them maybe 3 times before but as a first time experiment making them, they came out phenomenal. I halved the recipe to make 2 medium sized crepes, filled them with berries topped and topped them with confectioner's sugar. I do recommend adding a dash of vanilla for flavor though.

Challah I

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I am just beginning to venture into the art of bread-making and this was my first try at challah bread. It came out beautifully and tastes just as good as any bakery bought challah I've had. I added just a tablespoon of sugar to give it some more flavor and I'm delighted with the results, though my father feels that the recipe is a bit bland. I will definitely make this again, though I think the recipe can be tweaked here and there for some sensational results.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
I love this recipe because its so easy to prepare & make. Its a cheap, healthy meal for college students and you can really add just about anything you want in it to spruce it up. I recommend throwing in more veggies likes mushrooms and tomato.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
My mother made this annually when I was growing up for Thanksgiving parties in elementary school and also made them as gifts. I stuck to this recipe as it is and it came out exactly the way I had hoped it would. It tasted just like I remembered it. Now that I know how to make it, it is going to become a tradition in my house once again. The only thing I did differently was add chocolate chips to the filling, which was an excellent addition. I highly recommend this recipe since it is a great holiday dessert which even looks impressive.

This was my first time making zucchini bread. I used home-grown zucchini and the recipe turned out great. Thanks for sharing.
