I realized I had run out of eggs AFTER I'd thrown in all other ingredients so i used 3 large tablespoons of yoghurt instead. I also used a cup of whole wheat flour instead of apf to convince myself it's healthier. Had some trouble getting the dough together but greasing my hands, the bowl i left it to rise in and the knife helped. Even though I've made considerable changes the recipe was amazing and i'm giving this all five which I'm sure it is as is also!

Simple White Cake

THIS is my go to recipe for a fuss free, pretty quick& super delish cake. follow the recipe "exactly" as it is and you will never need to look for another ever. works well as a cake or as cupcakes (takes me 25 mins to make large ones). can be modified to incorporate flavors or colors. i'ts very forgiving! like other reviews have mentioned, don't stir, don't mix, just beat it really, really well to incorporate a lot of air, pour into your pan and voila! thank you for this.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

DECADENT! this recipe is amazing as is but chocolate chips make everything 100x better so i threw some in after it was adequately chilled. I kept stirring it even in the refrigerator mostly cos i couldn't wait but that helped not 'set' the pudding like it were molded and topped with a blob of whipped cream it turned into a 5 star dessert sans tedium. definitely a keeper.

my first review EVER though I've used at least 20 recipes from this site! It came out oh so well and the recipe/ instructions and reviews made it so easy-peasy! i'm so pleased, i think i'll even put up a picture =D
