Easy Butter Cookies II

I have been making these for a few years now and they are a favorite among many! They are light and buttery. You must try!!!! Super easy too!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Fantastic! I mashed the banana's instead of slicing them. I also added 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon and a few shakes of nutmeg.

Low Carb Pancake Crepes

Fantastic!!!! I made it exactly as directed except I mixed it all with my Kitchenaid and I softened the cream cheese a bit in the microwave. I topped mine with warmed suger free jam and whipped cream. They do no roll very well witout breaking so I stacked mine one on top of the other.
