My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to cook all of my family recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I feel like this is a great way to keep the memory of my beloved reletives alive.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
This recipe is fantastic! The best pancakes we have ever had. I now keep buttermilk on hand all the time just to make these. Very fluffy! Don't over mix.

Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Bread
This is a very moist yummy recipe. I found that there is a slight after-taste and I think it is from the coconut pudding mix. Next time I'll try a vanilla pudding mix. I will also only use 1 cup of veg. oil next time. I will make it again :-)

Oven Fried Chicken II
Yum! This was very good. My family loved it and it was very easy to make. Next time I may use a little seasoning salt in the flour.
