Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
I used 2 15 ounce canned apple pie filling instead of the 1st half, but used the crisp recipe for my topping. Filled a 9 in deep pie dish and only needed about 3/4 of the topping. Instead of melted butter I used cold cut butter and used my hands to mix it. It seemed dry but after baking it came out perfect. I will use fresh aples next time and this dish would be perfect!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

I add can of rotel, and cilantro. The salsa that you use makes all the difference. I love this recipe, it's quick and yummy. Great for potlucks, total crowd pleaser, can be easily doubled.

I did not personally care for these at all, but I took them to a small get together and they vanished. I just didnt care for the tang.

This is delicious! Followed the recipe almost exactly.only difference was that I added cubed uncooked potatoes with the broth and boiled about 10 mins. We served with parker house rolls from the freezer section and whipped brown sugar butter.

Pioneer Cookies

These were pretty good considering there was no egg. I couldn't stop eating the dough it was so good! I did change the recipe like someone else did. Doubled the milk and added 1/2 cup (natural) peanut butter. I also soaked the raisins in water for a few minutes so they would plump.
