Real Hummus
ymmm! i didn't reserve of the liquid and used only 15oz can of beans. this was SO DELICIOUS. just threw it all together in the food processor. kids love it too! :) thanks!

Corn Chowder III
this was pretty good. i halved the recipe but left the full amount of bacon. :) substituted red pepper. used whole corn, taking half and running through food processor. would use 1/4 - 1/2 of the amount of water recommended. we added cayenne pepper for a nice kick. :)

Apple Turnovers
this recipe was awesome! i skipped putting the apples in the lemon water and cut them just before. i didn't even peel them and they were fine (just make sure you slice into small pieces). also made just one giant turnover and drizzled the extra brown sugar/butter mix over the top for a crispy/chewy finish. it was delicious!
