Wow, so easy, so good. I just made this for the first time and won an appetizer competition with it! And I'm a cooking-beginner so that's saying something for the recipe. Ok details: Used half sour cream for mayo, made the topping with a thin layer of shredded cheddar, then parmesan, then bread crumbs. Used the oven method and it came out great. I didn't double the jalepenos like others suggest because i wanted to appeal to as many folks at the competition as I could, but for my own tastes, thought it could have used more. I'll try spicing it up next time too. Great dip!
