Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip
Although not tried yet, I have a suggestion for eliminating the grease in the ajus. After pulling the beef out of the cooker and slicing/shredding it, use a turkey baster to pull out the desired amount of juice. It will go to the bottom of the pot and get what you really want, leaving the grease floating on the top.

Mushroom Pork Chops
I've not made this yet, but it sounds great. I would prepare as directed, except once it was done, I'd mix the sauce into rice or noodles and serve the pork chops on top or on the side. Any green vegetable and apple sauce would compliment this dish nicely.

Ground Beef Stroganoff
Can the powdered garlic and mustard be substituted for the real thing? I'd rather add garlic and mustard itself, as opposed to the powder.
