Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Listened to a few suggestions. I cut sugars down to 3/4 cup each. I also only used 1 tbsp. cinammon because I didn't want it to be overwhelming. I would consider cutting down the cinammon some more next time. It's still a bit sweet, but it's fine. I cooked mine for 10 minutes.

Corn Fritters

Definitely needs more sugar. I added an extra teaspoon or so. Also added paprika, cayenne pepper and ground mustard. Topped with honey. YUM. With the changes, it's a 5.

Easy Toffee Bars

I love this recipe. BUT, here are a few tips. Do not use cheap or store brand chocolate chips--they do not melt the same. I suggest Nestle or Hershey. Also, I prefer to use a dollop of crisco to help melt my chips rather than milk. I tried cheap chips and milk this time and its was horrible. They didn't melt fully and ended up gritty.
