Berdean's Cube Steak
I've never made cubed steak, so I was a bit nervous. This turned out great! My son loved it. I did a one pan method and after browning and adding the water I covered it with aluminum foil and popped it in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours (per another reviewers suggestion.) The meat was tender and served over noodles with the gravy made a great meal. My only change will be to reduce the salt next time. I think I will skip the salt with the flour as the bouillon gives it enough salt. Will definitely be making this more often! Great bargain dinner!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Even with all the reviews I didn't expect this to be all that great by reading the recipe. Boy, was I wrong! I made it as written except I reduced the butter by half and used skim milk just to make it a bit healthier. Also, I just put pepper in by sight for our tastes and did not add extra salt. It was great!

Pressure Cooker Red Beans and Sausage
The flavors of this are good, but after an hour of cooking my beans still weren't quite done. Next time I will soak the beans overnight, then cook for 20 minutes without the sausage, mash the beans, add the sausage and cook another 20 minutes (as mentioned by another reviewer.) Time consuming, but easy and it should produce a more desired result. Be careful about the amount of water (don't add too little) since the beans will absorb water. After mashing adjust as necessary. Also - I only used 1 1/2 T. of cajun seasoning and it was on the verge of too much for us. 2 T. would have been way to much. I'm not Cajun, so that's part of the reason. But better to err on the side of caution!
