Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This is a good start to something great, the chicken needs to be seasoned, even just as simple as garlic salt and parm is good....next time Ill do it one better and make it cordon bleu style dipped in egg and bread crumbs with a wine cream sauce. Its definately a great idea and a good starter.

Pizza Pasta

Kid approved and versatile to suite pickier eaters add or leave out --whatever you like on pizza you can put in this. I doubled it and froze a pan for a busy weeknight and both ways it was devoured.

Mom's Zucchini Pie

Im not a huge zucchini fan and was looking for a better for you alternative to breading and frying it which is the only way anyone in my house will - maybe - eat it. This was suprisingly Fantastic! Everyone loved it and its the only time my family has requested and asked for seconds of anything zucchini!

Brunch Omelet Torte

This was really delicious and I'll definately be making this again. Easily versatile to add other breakfast favorites, you could do sausage or bacon and add mushroom or sundried tomatos -anything really. I put in all in a springform pan and it came out beautiful.

Great soup but the name is a bit misleading....maybe cheese & burger would be more appropriate. Neverless it was a great filling 'meal' soup and everybody liked it!

Swanson® Maple Dijon Chicken

The flavor of this dish was great and it was simple to put together. The only trouble I had was with the sauce thickening, not sure if that was because I used real maple syrup or not but a little cornstarch did the trick ok.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Great flavor, my only complaint is that they turned out pretty flat and would have been better had they been fluffier. Thought maybe I stirred them too long the first time so I tried again...still flat.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

This was just ok for me not much for flavor in the meatloaf itself. Didnt change a thing except for added more bbq sauce between the meatloaf & bacon. Mom was right, she makes the best meatloaf & we'll stick to her recipe, although we will top hers with bacon & bbq sauce next time.

The sauce didn't caramelize at all, and although the sauce had decent flavor, the chicken itself was rubbery and not flavorful.

It was ok but just so bad for you that to me its really not worth the fat and calories. Wasn't bad but just ok, there were lots of leftovers that didnt get eaten by our family of 5.

Vanilla Crepes

Very good and super easy, a little berries and cream and you've got a great breakfast. I was a little nervous to try as Im not very good with pancakes and didn't have a crepe pan... You don't need one just a good nonstick frypan and turns out its much easier to perfect then a pancake!

Shrimp Scampi V

as written this has no flavor/no good flavor and the sauce is much too thin. Too make it worth the shrimp i cooked down to half, added lemon juice, garlic salt and a diced tomato, making it a 5 star meal.
