AMAZING! You need the lattice top, also add vanilla and cinnamon. I made two pies, one was with filling I had canned last week and then this one. Used the same crust and this one won by a land slide. Could have used a little more spice but great!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not at all a chocolate chip cookie taste. I didn't care for these at all, the pudding was two over powering. I love to have a little hint of a sugar taste that melts in my mouth. I also love to have the rich milk chocolate taste. Neither of these were present with this cookie. No, wonder she didn't win a blue ribbon.

Perfect Turkey

Great Smell but, the brine was off in my opinion. Resulting in a very dry Turkey. I bought two turkeys same weight and brand. My husband and I made this one and the Elton Brown one. The Elton B. one was terrific, So moist. The brine included herbs with the salt and broth to cover the bird while it brined. I also had a problem with all the alchohol burning off right away. This bird was a mistake. People please know birds can be juicy and not dry.

Banana Pancakes I

I gave it 4 stars because I had to twek it. I added the vanilla and applesauce but I also added Choc. Chips. I made sure the griddle was really hot so i got a crisp top and bottom to my pancake. I also cut the bananas called for in half. This made it a 5 star recipe.
