Spiced Pumpkin Molasses Muffins

I like these muffins! They are the type that you don't feel like you're eating a cake - great breakfast muffin. I love that they don't have a ton of sugar. I didn't have flax, so I added more oats, and used fresh pumpkin from Halloween :) I also only had vanilla yogurt, and still added the vanilla essence, didn't seem to make much of a difference. They did turn out a little dry, next time I'll add more pumpkin. The molasses taste is just perfect!!

DELICIOUS! I did a couple modifications - used margarine, and I had to melt it a little due to time constraints. I also added 1 tsp lemon juice to the vanilla (couldn't taste it though). I used peach yogurt instead of sour cream (it's what I had), used 3/4 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar, and added 1 tsp baking powder, with no nuts - and mashed the bananas. Turned out GREAT!

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

I followed the recipe exactly, and turned out great! It was my first time making prime rib roast, and after doing some research on the web, chose this recipe without having to make any modifications. I roasted a 3.5 pound rib for about 1 hour and let it sit covered for about 30 mins, It was still very pink/red inside (a little to much for me, but I like my meat medium/well) - my boyfriend loved it. My piece of meat was a little too fatty for my liking, but I'm sure it made the meat taste that much better, but that has nothing to do with the recipe... I'll make it again for sure!! Thanks for the recipe and tips!!

Whole Grain Banana Muffins

Unfortunately, mine turned out really undercooked and gummy. I used unbleached flour because I didn't have whole wheat, maybe that was the reason...? The outsides were cooked, and that tasted good - great if you're looking for a muffin that's not too sweet and healthy. Not sure if I would attempt this recipe again, knowing how there are other great banana muffins out there.

Carrot Banana Bread

DELICIOUS!! It puffed up so high, and was ever so moist!! I omitted the nuts and put 2 tbsp of rolled oats instead, and didn't measure the bananas, just put in 2 med sized... I will make this one again!!

Cheesy Meatloaf

Delicious!! I used cheddar cheese for stuffing, and had to drain some of the fat juices at the end of baking, and it turned out great! Will make again for sure...
