Baked Chicken Nuggets

these were fantastic. absolutely awesome. I only had 1/2 the amount of bread crumbs I needed to I substituted with 1/2 finely crushed saltines. I sprinkled some paprika and garlic powder on the chicken before dipping. I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome these were!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Very good. I would suggest mixing the chicken mixture with the sauce though, because it didn't seep to the bottom so the filling at the bottom was dry. Luckily, I had made extra sauce per someone's suggestion so I merely served it with the pie so people could add it to their pieces! thanks

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This was AMAZING, possibly my favorite recipe on this site. Absolutely delicious. As I always do, I added the listed seasonings to taste because I love a lot of flavor, but other than that followed it exactly and received rave reviews. Thank you so much for such a great recipe that my boyfriend now asks for all of the time haha.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

this was so good. The sauce really made the dish. I would suggest making extra sauce just because it is so wonderful. As one reviewer did, I baked the chicken after browning it, and then poured the sauce over the chicken to serve.

Lemon Meringue Pie III

Very yummy, but doesn't keep very long so make sure you eat it within 24 hours because it starts to prespire. Also, if you have never made meringue before, make sure you use room temperature eggs and possibly look up directions beforehand, because my first time making this i made that mistake!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

So, i was in the midst of using another alfredo recipe when i remembered I had cream cheese I wanted to use before it expired. So, I decided to switch over to this one. This was fabulous! Nice and thick, something I usually struggle with achieving. I also used heavy cream instead of milk because I had already poured it, leaving me with a fabulous (albeit fattening) delight. Served over penne rigate and it was fabulous. Thanks!

Wake-Up Casserole

This is delicious! On busy days I will make this the night before and refrigerate it, and in the morning will heat it up and it is wonderful! Very filling also. Often I will chop up bacon and fry it and add as a replacement for the ham. It is fabulous and simple.

Chicken Milano

This was great, the sun dried tomatoes tasted fabulous. I cubed the chicken before cooking it and added it directly to the sauce along with the heated chicken broth. Added a little corn starch to thicken up the sauce a bit. Excellent flavor.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This was absolutely wonderful. Added milk as many reviewers suggested and other than that followed it almost exactly, just added a little extra cheddar cheese, well, because it is my favorite! I've made this many times and I always get rave reviews by all. Also, I most usually use all low-fat products to help reduce the fat content, and it tastes just at great! Thanks.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

These were good, but a heck of a lot of work and a quite messy. I would suggest the a double coating of the cheese with the bread crumbs to really have a good breading. I've made them a few times and always hesitate to because how tedious it is. If you want to put in the work, they're yummy!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are fantastic! Make sure you really put the cookies 3 inches apart on your cookie sheets. I did for one set, and for another I tried to stick an extra two in between a row and ended up with with an extra giant cookie! The cookies spread wonderfully. Yummy! Every time I bake them everyone tells me how fantastic they are. This is my number one cookie recipe!

Baked Ziti III

Great recipe. I added some blobs of ricotta mixed with parsley and egg with the sour cream layer just because I couldn't imagine cooking baked ziti without it! Also, covered with tin foil sprayed with pam for the majority of the time, then took it off in the last 5 minutes. Great recipe, yum yum.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These were absolutely delicious, just as good if not better than what you get in a restaurant! the boyfriend agrees. We make these all of the time. I follow them exactly, sometimes adding extra cayenne to the sauce for a little extra kick. Everyone tells me they are the best buffalo wings they've ever had!

This was fabulous! Did as the others suggested, did 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white. Other than that, followed it exactly except changed portion size to two. It was absolutely delicious!

Olive Chicken II

The sauce goes wonderfully over rice! I made extra sauce and mixed it in the rice because it gives it fabulous flavor. What a fabulous sauce. Chicken does cook quicker than recipe says, so just keep an eye on it.
