So, i was in the midst of using another alfredo recipe when i remembered I had cream cheese I wanted to use before it expired. So, I decided to switch over to this one. This was fabulous! Nice and thick, something I usually struggle with achieving. I also used heavy cream instead of milk because I had already poured it, leaving me with a fabulous (albeit fattening) delight. Served over penne rigate and it was fabulous. Thanks!
