Garlic Bread Fantastique

This is the best garlic bread...I make it at least once a week...so good with spaghetti!!!

My husband and I love this chili. I have made it twice and it is so good. I am pregnant with my second child and I am craving spicy food like crazy. This really does the trick. The only thing I do differently is to add a can of chili beans as well as the kidney beans, because we prefer a lot of beans in our chili...yum yum!

Spinach Mozzarella Meatloaf

My husband and I did not care for this. I thought it was dry and lacked flavor. I usually make the Brown Sugar Meatloaf from this site, but I wanted something different. However, this was disappointing!

Apple Squares

These are tasty!!! I baked for 33 minutes and I used 1 cup of chopped apples. They are super moist and flavorful. However, I had a hard time cutting them into squares...they fell apart. Next time, I will serve this out of the pan like a cobbler with vanilla ice cream. This one is a keeper!

Stuffed Peppers for Two

I don't really care for stuffed peppers, but I made these for my hubby and he said they were the best he ever had. I loved that it only made 2, so that meant not a lot of leftovers. I did add a little more cheese and I baked them for about 70 minutes total.
