About this Cook
I am a mother of one, wife, and work full time. I enjoy cooking and its my best stress buster!!! I also enjoy shopping, card making, sewing and spending time with friends and family.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy making just about anything!!! I don't like fish or veggies. Looking for ways to enjoy them more! My Fav things to make would have to be stuffed shells, chicken paparkia, pumpkin rolls, and apple pie.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Homestyle, just like what you get a nice family dinner.
My cooking triumphs
I made my first turkey dinner at the age of 12 and it turned out awesome, everyone thought my momther made it!! Since then its been hard to keep me out of the kitchen.
My cooking tragedies
Cookies I always seem to burn the first batch or two!!!

French Fried Potatoes
This is great, not greasy at all... I did double fry and it also helps make them a lil more crispy.

I made this for the first time last night and it was AWESOME!!! It was the hit of the party and I've already been asked to make it for 2 other parties I will make this over and over, was very very easy. I also served mine with store bought chocolate chip cookies and it was really good!!! Thanks again!!
