OMG - Delicious! It's so hard to believe this was easy to make & I already had the ingredients. Hubby loved it too. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2008
OMG this is DEE-LISH! This is the only way I will eat spaghetti from now on. The only thing I would change is to save a little sauce so that you can drizzle on each individual serving. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
These are delicious. I will be replacing my recipe for choc chip cookies with this one! I cut the recipe in half and added 1/2 tsp salt. I wanted bigger cookies so I ended up with 2 dozen which was perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Very easy & quick to make. I cut this recipe in half and used brown sugar only, regular shortening and a little more peanut butter. I baked for exactly 8 min and they came out soft & soooo yummy.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
This is similar to my mama's recipe. I omitted the cherries & coconut ad used crushed pineapple. I used the pineapple juice from the can on place of water and added tons of brown sugar. I only made a small round 9inch but it was yummy NOM NOM. See my posted pic.

Migas II

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2011
WOW nice to see this recipe on here. I really didn't think it was a recipe. My abuela just tore apart some corn tortillas, beat some eggs and threw it all in a pan of hot oil. Man oh man it was the best. I still make it but not as good as my abuela. I make mine just like this recipe but with fewer eggs, a sprinkle of pepper and top it off with El Pato sauce. Great comfort food!
