Wow these were great! I followed the recipe exactly. It made 6 jumbo muffins using foil cups (I did not fill them to the top but about 3/4 full). I did have extra topping even though I covered the entire tops with the topping leaving no empty space. Instead of baking right away I tossed the muffin pan into the freezer. Once frozen, I removed the cups from the pan and wrapped each muffin in plastic. I then stuck them all into a ziplock bag.
When I was ready for a muffin I unwrapped one and placed it into the muffin pan (still frozen solid). I baked it at the regular temperature but added about 10 minutes. OMG it turned out soooo great! Nice rounded top (glad I didn't fill all the way!). The topping was amazing! I'm making more of these to stock my freezer for quick breakfasts!
