These banana bars are absolutely delicious! I made them just as the recipe said with a couple modifications. I doubled the bananas and then doubled the recipe for the same size pan. This way they were a lot thicker. I did not make the frosting because they were close to gone before I got a chance! I also read a review that said not to test the bars with a toothpick to see if they were done because the toothpick came out clean before they were done. I think this is why they are sticking in the pan. I just waited till the center bounced back when pressed with my finger and then took them out. They were perfectly moist and did not stick in the pan.

Delicious cookies...I did take the advise of someone else's review and I used all butter with an extra 1/2c of peanut butter and an extra 1/2c of flour. Very soft!!
