Faux Jerk Chicken

This is great. Used the marinade on chicken thighs, then cooked under the broiler. Will definitely make again.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Follow some of the others suggestions. Wrapped 2 pcs of bacon around each breast. Used Dijon mustard and equal amount of Honey. Turned the breasts over half way thru cooking, then back again before adding the cheese. Bake time was about 45 mins., then browned the cheese using the broiler.

Three Cheese Baked Ziti

Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

This is a really good sandwich! I used Dijon Horseradish mustard (couldn't find any other type). I plan on making this often. And will try it also with different types of meats, cheeses and spices.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

I was not as happy with this recipe as I thought I would be. I found the cake to be too dense and I felt it left an oily coating on the tongue. I tried several of the variations with the same results. I do recommend the Up-Side Down Pineapple Cake version. The denser cake does compliment the pineapple coating.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak

This is the way classic Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy should taste. While it will never be a fancy-standout dish, it is one of those rib sticking, comfort foods of the Ohio Valley. I followed the recipe as written, just added lots more pepper and served with mashed potatoes and steamed peas. I will make this again when I need a taste of home.

Hot Chicken Heroes

This is a really good idea. I was surprised at the lightly crisp texture of the bread. The chicken mixture was creamy and nicely flavored. I made the recipe as written and will make this sandwich again.

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Really enjoyed the burritos. I followed some of the other suggestions by not using the tomato soup. I did add a lot more spice to the meat mixture (we like it really hot). Made all the burritos then placed in a glass baking dish and into the oven for about 20 minutes. We will make these again.

Karen A's Chocolate Dump Cake

Very good and very easy. Nice chewy consistency. Kind of like a "triple chocolate overdose". I will make this again sometime, but will probably divide the recipe in half. I did lightly oil a spatula to make spreading of the batter easier. We liked it best slightly warmed in the microwave then topped with a scoop or two of ice-cream.

Simple Country Ribs

This is a really good recipe. Next time I will add a bit more spicy heat. The ribs were very tender and flavorful. I like this method of preparing the ribs. Will also be trying this with chicken.

Goulash Supreme

Really enjoyed the flavor combination. I did up the Paprika and Chili Powder quite a bit (we like spicy). The macaroni turned out fine cooking it in the meat sauce. Just cook on low and don't let it cook too long.

Sunshine Chicken

This recipe was a good start. It just needs something else. Like other commenters, I used honey instead of corn syrup and about 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Next time I am planning on reducing the ketchup by half and adding a couple of tablespoons of orange juice.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

The flavor is absolutely fabulous! I poured the marinade over the salmon, then baked at 450 for 10 minutes. Firecracker Salmon will be an often repeated recipe in this household.

Incredible Chicken

This is a very good and easy way to do "chicken-in-the-oven". I had bone-in split chicken breasts that had been skinned. Drizzled the meat with melted butter, sprinkled on a GarlicSalt-Pepper grind blend, then sprinkled lightly with the brown sugar. Baked at 350 in a glass baking dish for 1 hour (didn't need foil). It was extremely moist with a lightly seasoned background flavor. I will be making this again. Maybe next time trying different spice blends.

Monterey Chicken Fajitas

This is a nice quick and easy recipe. I thought the sauce was a good start, but knew it wasn't going to be spicy enough for my group. So I added about 2 tablespoons Chili Powder. The Fajitas were a big hit.
