Faux Jerk Chicken
This is great. Used the marinade on chicken thighs, then cooked under the broiler. Will definitely make again.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
Follow some of the others suggestions. Wrapped 2 pcs of bacon around each breast. Used Dijon mustard and equal amount of Honey. Turned the breasts over half way thru cooking, then back again before adding the cheese. Bake time was about 45 mins., then browned the cheese using the broiler.
