Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

this was a good base recipe. but it tasted very potatoey. i used fresh hash browns instead of frozen and used ground breakfast sausage since i didn't have any ham. i also doubled the meat to 2 cups but it still didn't seem meaty enough. and 2 cups of cheese also just wasn't enough for my taste. you could barely taste the cheese. next time i'll probably reduce the hash browns to just 20 oz and add more meat and cheese.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

best steak ever! i left out the smoke and the cayenne pepper, but followed the rest of the recipe and it was perfect! i did however cut back to approx 1/3 cup of basalmic vinegar. husband and picky 10 year old loved it!!! def. a keeper!

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

I got a new bread machine and this was the first loaf of bread (after 2 other failed recipes) that turned out great! Although I did what other reviewers suggested, using 1/4 cup of honey and used 2 tbls of butter instead of veg oil. Thank you for sharing!

Cinnamon Rolls III

oh man oh man!!! YUMMY! this recipe is even better than what you get at the mall! I didn't have vanilla pudding mix, so I just added 1.5 tbls of vanilla extract. I followed the recipe completely besides that and it was soo delicious!!! Thanks so much!

Simple Beef Short Ribs

This is a really good, simple, easy short ribs recipe! I used boneless short ribs and cubed them. I used 3 garlic cloves, tripled the pepper and added another tsp of salt. Also, 30 minutes before ribs were ready, I added finely chopped green onions, which added a little more to the "simple" flavor of this dish. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!
