Hot Chocolate Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2014
We enjoy this very much. I add a little more cocoa and put it all in a blender or food processor to completely mix into "store bought" consistency.

No Knead Beer Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
Delicious and easy. I did need to add about a half cup more flour to make it not so sticky, and baked only 25 min.

Tiffer's Enchilada Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
I found these irresistible and I forgot the cheese and cilantro for the meatballs. They are very good without the sauce. This is a must try recipe, you'll love it!

We loved these. I used mainly all dark chocolate since that was all I had, just added a bit more sugar.

I thought this was a very delicious healthier bread. My family however prefers the plain white bread.

Potato Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
Wonderful tasting bread. I used about 3/4C water & 1/2C milk. Did the dough in machine and then baked in oven. Very soft and moist, much like a store bought bread with soft crust, perfect for a little ones pbj.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2009
I followed the recipe, no exceptions, they were great. This may replace the recipe I love that uses all bran. Be sure mix in the flour just until moist to ensure light airy moist muffins.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
These were fine, 5# potatoes and 2 cans of soup. I prefer a more milder taste than that of adding the soups.

This was really good, my husband especially liked it. They loved the bread along with the fresh flavors of basil and mozerella. I think I will try this with feta also sometime.

Green Chile Frittata

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This was good. I made half a batch since it was just a few of us. The only change i made was to use the whole can of chiles instead of half that is called for. I really enjoyed the flavor the whole can gave, so if i were to make the full recipe i would use 2 cans of green chiles.

Tart Cherry Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This is very good. I used fresh cherries and made 1 1/2 batches of the crisp since i usually need more and it was too much. The recipe calls for just enough of the crisp. I CANNOT imagine what subbing tapioca for flour would be like since this is not a pie. Tapioca would not yield a crisp.

Parmesan Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
Have potatoes, try recipe. I thought I had all the ingredients for this but when looking for the bread crumbs I could only find seasoned croutons. So I put them in the blender and omited the onion salt. These turned out great. After the first batch was done I did add some salt. I also nuked them for 3 min transfered to cookie sheet and baked at 400' for about 10 min just to crisp up the coating. I also tried this on the chicken I was making tonight and it was equally as good. Try it.

Broccoli and Stilton Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
Had to try this recipe after it came to my inbox. I didn't see any reviews stating they did not puree the soup so i thought i would try it just for the sake of simplicity. It was good but much better pureed. I also add a bit of red pepper flakes and some stilton crumbles on top. It would also taste good with bacon crumbles which i will try next time we make this.
