Key Lime Pie VII

yum and sooooo easy ~ my husband even liked. 10 minutes in the oven ~ did I mention it's sooo easy - You won't be disappointed.

YUM! I had some ham broth so I used that with milk for a total of 2 cups of fluids - added half the cheese with the mix and added the other half on the top as recommended. A pinch of garlic and season salt - Hubby finished it off! THANKS for a great recipe!

Easy Beef and Rice

All the variations are good (as is the original) My husband's mom made this when they were growing up (back in the 1950's) You can add more soup (f you don't like it too dry) & it's easy to add mushrooms or cheese or corn ~ good filler dish for less expensive ingrediants.

Chocolate Coconut Bars

VERY sweey but VERY yummy! I'll be making these once a month to satisfy those choclate cravings! Husband (the sweet tooth) almost ate the whole pan in one sitting. Men! lol Great recipe!

Applesauce Oatmeal Cookies

I added 1/3 c white sugar, doubled the oatmeal, added 2 mashed bananas and a handful of left over choc chips plus caramel extract & 1/2 c chopped almonds. They are more cake like but that's ok. The changes above seemed to add that missing extra flavor.
