Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns
Yes. Do what it says in the recipe. Except you don't need to get the milk really hot in the beginning...just enough to melt the butter. And you can use walnuts instead of pecans. This recipe Calls for 3 whole sticks of butter altogether. haha :) Yess...don't try to skimp out on that. At the end you flip them over, and the top is sticky and these are just great. Store in sealed container if you have leftovers. Thank you!

Coconut Curry Tofu
I made this but i dipped the tofu in egg, cornstarch, sugar and deep fried. I only used 1 bunch of green onion, and chopped it all up fine. Than used 2 heaping teaspoons curry powder instead. Didn't bother dividing the soy sauce. A 1 heaping brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar, i like sugar. Didn't have chili paste or tomatoes so i used 1/4 cup tomatoe sauce and 2 teaspoons hot sauce. Don't add hot sauce if your curry is "hot" already, i added the hot sauce to my mild curry powder. Didn't have bok choy so i used mostly the white crunchy part of lettuce. The leavy part you can save for salad, serve on side. Didn't have yellow pepper. Used a couple teaspoons of black pepper instead. Didn't have mushrooms so i used red kidney beans instead. Didn't add any basil. Didn't use any salt. It was extra saucy, first bite seemed spicy but it's so good and full of flavor so i served it over rice, soaked up the extra sauce. NO LEFTOVERS.

General Tsao's Chicken II
Alright, This Sauce Is Probably the Best general chicken sauce. I did what another reviewer said Added the 1/4 Orange juice, and a t of peanut butter. I still put in the orange peel. I used the Chicken breast instead of the thigh. Next time i will try the thigh. The Breast was a little tough. But that's not what the recipe is about so i couldn't take off for that. If you use the breast only deep fry it for 1/2 the time they call for. I had my oil up where it's supposed to be like around 325. But i think the chicken should also be coated with something besides the egg. I made another general chicken recipe that was on here the chicken was better than the sauce. But this Sauce is awesome. So next time i'll look for a coating for my chicken. But use this sauce.
