Easy & Delicious! My first attempt was a success. I even found a recipe for making cajun spice by another contributor, so I didn't have to go to the store. I substituted pulled pork for the chicken and added it when you add the cooked chicken. It was fantastic and smelled so good. Nice to have had everything already on hand (including spices)... Thank you Terri for sharing!

Mimi's Smoked Salmon Chowder
This turned out delicious! I added some crab & corn too and then sprinkled a little shredded, aged white cheddar on top! Yum... Easy to follow recipe! My husband LOVED it! He added more hot sauce to his once it hit the table. Says it was "Perfect"...

Moroccan Tagine
I was trying to find something to make with BUTTERNUT SQUASH that wasn't a soup and came across this recipe, which was incredibly easy to prepare. We added 1/4 lb. chorizo and omitted the cayenne and served it over quinoa. The next day we heated the left over Tagine and blended in cooked rice, creating a different texture and dish, but with the same delicious flavors. I recommend this to anyone looking to find another way to use Butternut Squash.
