I started making this on a Monday night and kept adding more things to it as the week progressed. It turned out to be one of the best dishes and of course, I didn't write down how I made it. I know it had pasta, baby bellas, spinach, artichokes, petite diced tomatoes, roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, and white wine.
