Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Made this tonight and it was a big hit with my family!! I thawed out frozen chicken breast and cut them in half and put them in the oven for about 35 mins. Put extra oregano and loved it!!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

This was a huge hit with my family this THanksgiving! I used 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish Cream and it was perfect. Super moist! Used 2 cups of mini choc chips. Will make over and over!

Campbell's Kitchen Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Fixed this last night and my family loved it! I put my pace picante sauce in the blender first b/c my kiddos don't like chunks. I made extra sauce and covered the bottom of the dish first. My hubby said these are better than the restaurants.. and we live in Texas where Mexican food is plentiful!!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These are 10 stars! Just finished baking mine and have already ate a few!! I unwrapped my peanut butter cups ahead of time and froze them. Then cooled the cookies in the fridge for 10 mins. I put mine in mini cupcake paper for easier removal from the pan. These are AWESOME! My kids new favorite!

Beef Enchiladas II

My family and I loved these! I did add taco seasoning to the meat once it was cooked. This added lots of flavor! Used enchilada sauce from a can to save time. Will definitely make this again!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These were good. I did use the bottom of a glass to flatten them some. I used 1/2 tsp of salt and they still tasted a little salty. They were good, but not my favortie.

White Almond Wedding Cake

This cake was awesome! I made this for my son's bday cake and EVERYONE loved it! I baked it in 2 9in round cake pans and it came out great... so moist and yummy!

Pizza Casserole

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

These are really yummy! I used crushed M&Ms and they were a hit. Only complaint was that arround the edges it was more crumbly that I would have liked. I did use honey instead. Seems much better than corn syrup.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

This was fantastic. I took the advice of others and changed it a bit. Instead of wine I used chicken broth. I did not put green pepper, I put a can of drained rotel in. I sauteed the onion before adding it. I used velveeta cheese inside it and cheddar on top. I saved alot of time by using a 2 routissere chickens from the store. My hubby does not like boiled chicken, and I was able to buy lemon pepper chicken which was wonderful. Will definitely have this regularly!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

All 4 of my kids cleaned their plates!! I did onion soup mix instead of onion. Put bread on the bottom and did the sauce on top. I did have to pour off grease once, but that was to be expected when cooking hamburger meat.. It is definitely smart to use 93/7 fat.. Otherwise you will have alot of grease! I made extra of the brown sugar/ketchup/worchestire sauce and my hubby used it like a gravy. He loved it! Got to love a meal that makes you look like a Pro!

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

Made this with my 8 yr old and it was a hit! I did it with yellow cake mix and let him pick what he wanted to add. He chose milk choc. chips and white choc chips. It was so yummy! Can't wait to try all the different combos! I did add 4 Tbsp of water.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
