Very good. Personally, i don't like zucchini bread terribly well, but this turned out fantastic. I had a HUGE zucchini, so i ended up using 3.5 cups of shredded/peeled zucchini and it ended up being a wonderful dense bread! Next time, i would cut it back to 3 cups. I also made a brown sugar/white sugar/ cinnamon crust. Somehow my mother ended up getting rid of my loaf pan, so i baked it in an angel-food-cake-pan and it turned out wonderful.
I also tossed my blueberries in flour before adding them to prevent them from sinking to the bottom.
Can't wait to make again!
