Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Very good. Personally, i don't like zucchini bread terribly well, but this turned out fantastic. I had a HUGE zucchini, so i ended up using 3.5 cups of shredded/peeled zucchini and it ended up being a wonderful dense bread! Next time, i would cut it back to 3 cups. I also made a brown sugar/white sugar/ cinnamon crust. Somehow my mother ended up getting rid of my loaf pan, so i baked it in an angel-food-cake-pan and it turned out wonderful. I also tossed my blueberries in flour before adding them to prevent them from sinking to the bottom. Can't wait to make again!

Lemon Chiffon Cake
Made this as the cake part of a triple lemon cake. Was amazing :) Very light and fluffy. Did replace 1/8th cup water with lemon juice, next time would replace 1/4 cup. to impart the flavor a little more. Going to be a favorite! Got lots of compliments!

Michael's Foccacia Bread
VERY Good! I made this with the intention of sandwiches, therefore omitted the onion and the toppings, but added about 1.5-2 tbs of rosemary into the dough. My only complaint was my fault. After reading many reviews where the salt was to high, i minimized the salt in the dough to 1 tsp and didn't add any top. It could use the 1 tbs In the dough, so next time i would just omit the salt on top. VERY good though! Will make again!
