Just about anything; though I do prefer to bake. When I was in 4-H, I received a Best of Show in Foods and Nutrition on my triple layer mint fudge. Several years ago, while I was at my aunt's home, I was asked to bake a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Everything had been going fine, until I put the cookie sheets into the oven: although the timer went off, I was unaware of it because my aunt had turned it off. This resulted in a batch of extremely burnt cookies!
