Mari's Banana Cupcakes
Wonderful recipe! did add some cinnamon and a little nutmeg because i like a little spice flavor in my banana bread/cake. made them twice, once with cream cheese frosting (for a birthday party) and once without any frosting (more muffiny) better as a treat for the grandkids with out the extra sugar of the frosting. Very light & moist, the banana taste will vary as to the size and age of the bananas you use, older (mushier) bananas work best. AND quick to make (helpful if your watching two babies & only have a few min. while they are napping - the 3 yr. old likes to help by mashing the bananas). Thanks so Mari for posting this great recipe :)

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
made for second time this week. more like a choc. cake - very yummy. few changes I made: didn't measure zucchini just used what I had, so more like 3 cups; cut sugar to about one and a half cups; added a couple of spoonfulls of cocoa powder - this gave it a deep choc. taste; added a few spoonfulls of sour cream - this made it super moist. baked in Wilton Brand Pans (these are great, heavy duty and no stick), so a quick spray with Pam and they didn't stick at all. had only 1 loaf pan so put the rest into mini muffin pan (these cooked in 10 minutes). oh, used whole wheat flour as that is what I had on hand. (you can see i'm not big on exact measuring, this came out great both times! seems to be a very forgiving recipe, don't think you can mess it up)

Easy Cheese Ball II
first time I made this I didn't have nuts in the house so just made it as a cheese spread & now make this all the time as my daughter and husband love it. I use extra sharp cheddar, & add a dash of worcestershire sauce. blend it well then pack it into small glass bowls with covers. Simple, fast and always well received. Better the next day but very, very good even when freshly made. great on crackers and as filling for celery.
