Banana Crumb Muffins

I am not an experienced baker, and these turned out perfect! The crumb topping really makes these stand out-- like something purchased at a bakery but BETTER! I will make these again whenever I have extra bananas. Thanks for a delicious recipe!

Spaetzle I

Very easy and delicious recipe! I tried to improvise with a colander for pressing the noodles as one reviewer suggested, but ended up getting a spaetzle press, which made things much easier. Definitely invest in a spaetzle press if you don't have one. I follow another reviewer's suggestion to saute the finished spaetzle with butter, chopped onions, and cheddar cheese-- delicious every time!

Easy Mexican Casserole

I use this recipe as a "formula" for Mexican casserole, substituting, adding, or omitting based on what I have on hand each time. Thanks for a simple, delicious recipe that every home cook can use.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This was delicious, with no substitutions or additions. I was worried about tasting slimy raw egg with each bite, but the egg/cheese mixture came together perfectly. I couldn't resist, I even had some for breakfast the next morning. Thanks for a great recipe!

Acorn Squash Gnocchi with Parmesan Sage Beurre Blanc

Making the gnocchi was much more time consuming than I thought it would be, but turned out great. In forming the dough, 1 cup of white flour was not enough to make the dough workable, I probably used an additional cup or so. There was a slight bitterness to the dish overall, maybe due to the beer in the beurre blanc, and I'm not sure if it was supposed to taste like that. But nonetheless, it was delicious, and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

This is a fabulous recipe, very quick and perfect for getting dinner on the table in a hurry. I didn't have any trouble with the soup thickening, although I allowed the soup to simmer for a few minutes before adding the cheese (I also used cheddar instead of Velveeta). This one's a keeper!
