Grown up in a food obsessed family, I’ve learned to love food consciously. I owe my broad cuisine ethnicity to my food loving and traveled parents and my health and nutrition awareness to my appetite for knowledge and the society I live in.
-At the moment I just moved to Chicago, IL in the US from Oslo, the capitol of Norway. Here I am adjusting to my new pantry, loving my new choices and treats, and flabbergasted by people’s unawareness.
My favorite things to cook
I’m a sucker for baked goods, sweet treats and anything carb loaded. I also have a yin to my yang, which allows me to indulge in my sins, and is where my most appreciated asset to other cooks lie. That is my continued search for low calorie, low carb and low fat everyday dishes. Where balanced diet, high fiber, high protein and no hidden contents are key.
