Korean BBQ Galbi
This is an awesome recipe! I make this once every few months for my fiance. I simply combine all marinade ingredients in a blender and blend them, and let the meat marinate for 2-3 days in a ziplock bag in the fridge. I use 5 kiwis instead of an asian pear, and I like a little more brown sugar than the recipe calls for. Also, when it's time to serve them, I like to cut them into segments with my kitchen scissors, which makes for a great hands-on meal!

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups
This was so delicious! I was a little hesitant while putting them together but the finished product was amazing! The changes I made are as follows: I had no tarragon, so I used marjoram. I added a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in the sauce. I didn't have provolone so I used muenster cheese. Following other reviewers' advice I coated the inside of the chicken with the sauce before rolling it up, and I used five pieces of asparagus. On the outside of the rolls, I smeared sauce all over with my hands and rolled them in panko rather than just topping them. Like I said, they were so awesome, and I will definitely be making them again, probably to impress someone!

Cinnamon Bread I
This was moist, not oily, and not too crumbly! I followed others' advice and separately mixed wet and dry before combining. I also tripled the "topping" and put it in random dollops onto half the batter, covered it, and put more random dollops on top. I then topped the whole cake with brown sugar and pecans. It required 58 minutes of baking. Oh, and I used half whole wheat flour so that it would have at least one redeeming health quality :) It came out wonderfully and it was gone within minutes at my office.
