Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers
This was soooo good! Little tip, spray your hands with a non-stick spray before placing them on your grill or in the pan. We used a cast-iron pan - mmmmmm. We also used teriyaki sauce and panko instead of cheese crackers (didn't have any). We also skipped the spicy stuff but still sooooo very good. I don't think we'll have beef hamburgers nearly as often. Great recipe. Thank you.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Tried SEVERAL times. Even tried other reviewer's suggestions about warming milk, etc and ALWAYS soggy in the middle. Tried cooking lower/longer on the griddle and they end up tough and chewy. The batter is always too thick even adding extra milk or water.

Chocolate Syrup
I love this recipe. Sooooo easy anyone can do it and there's no excuse to buy the chemical cocktail from the store called chocolate syrup. The only suggestion I have is to strain it into whatever container you're storing it in. I sift my cocoa and simmer a good long time and always end up with a few "bits" in the bottom. Also, know your cocoa! I used a blend of natural and "Dutched" cocoa that is excellent but very strong. If don't have a good quality cocoa powder it will effect the end result so take some of the negative reviews with a grain of salt :-)
