I've been making this recipe for years, always with great success. For Easter this year I decided to make mini quiches out of phyllo dough in a muffin tray. I halved the original recipe and it made 2 dozen "cupcake quiche" (as my 3 year old called them). Baked at 375 for 20 minutes was perfect and as always - a success.
