I'm loving this recipe on a weeknight given the time it takes to cook and in only 1 pot! Husband and kids were lapping it up. Will make again soon

Followed this recipe to the "t" and it was great! It tasted like something from Carrabbas! So quick - it will make a consistent staple in our weekday meals.

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

This was fantastic. Followed the recipe to the "t" and it was superb. Next time I'll probably use fresh asparagus and a touch less broth. This would also be great over a bed of pasta with marinara sauce. Yum!

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
I've been making this recipe for years, always with great success. For Easter this year I decided to make mini quiches out of phyllo dough in a muffin tray. I halved the original recipe and it made 2 dozen "cupcake quiche" (as my 3 year old called them). Baked at 375 for 20 minutes was perfect and as always - a success. Thanks again for this great recipe Clark!

This was great, I didn't change any of the spices and I thought it was perfect - spicy but not too spicy. Yummy for a cool night.

Made for TG this year for the in-laws and was absolutely delish. Didn't need any extra liquid - plenty juicy on it's own. Did put some Rosemary, Thyme, & Sage at bottom.

Zippy Beef Casserole

My husband and I thought this was a pretty darn good comfort food. Yes, a little hamburger helper-ish but at least the ingredients don't come in a box and powder packets. Due to others recommendations I used about a 1/4th of a cup of ketchup and this was a good amount for our taste.

A little too much garlic for me, but my hubby and friends said it was perfect. I also added a little of Stubbs hamburger spice rub - can't have a burger without it.

This is delicious. I followed others advice and used an egg (haven't tried the recipe without it). I also use smoked cheddar. My husband and friends love this recipe.
